Sugar Rush Red is a red version of the Sugar Rush Peach. It's just as great! It has a sweet fruity flavor with a little heat that is sharp initially, but dissipates quickly. It is great for making hot sauce, added in salsas and chutneys, snacking, and is paired great with tacos or seafood. It is a little less hot than a habanero.

This pepper will be a staple in my garden. It can grow up to five feet. It will require some staking. The plant gets loaded with peppers. It is pretty prolific and does well in ground and in containers.
