Pink Plume Celery (Organic)
Pink Plume celery is a compact version. It's beautiful stalks have a crunchy texture and the aroma is strong! I love a good aromatic celery that can hold its own and this variety certainly fits the bill. It can be grown in compact spaces, including containers. You'll absolutely love this variety.
Sometimes celery can be difficult to germinate, I start mine indoors, just a few seeds sprinkled on-top of the soil, (or very lightly covered) I keep it in a very warm sunny location, or under a heat mat with lamps. I spritz it with water almost daily to keep it moist, when they sprout, I thin them and move them into their own containers.
