Red Tatsoi Mustard Green
Red Tatsoi is a tiny green that is amazing and tasty! If you've ever brought baby mixed greens, most likely you've had Tatsoi. It takes only 45 days to harvest, but can be grown as a micro-greens. The Red Tatsoi is a buttery, tender green, with almost a sweet tangy taste when eaten raw, but tastes similar to spinach when cooked. It can be grown from early spring to early winter. It's a cold hardy green. It's also a joy to watch grow with it's red tinged spoon shaped leaves.
