The Lemon Drop Pepper sometimes called Ají Limón, is a popular seasoning pepper in Peru. It has a citrusy flavor and looks and grows similarly to the Ají Pineapple. The bright yellow pods immediately spring to mind the crisp aromas of lemons and limes.The smell is amazing and the heat is a light lingering heat that sits on the tongue.
