Hungarian Hot Wax is a beautiful Pepper with light to medium heat. It can range from the low end of 1000 Scoville to the high end, around 15000 Scoville heat units depending on growing conditions. For reference, a jalapeno is 1,500 - 7,500. This is a great pepper for stuffing and use in salsa and dips. It's very easy to grow and makes a great container plant.
