Inca Red Pepper is a great ornamental pepper. It's a peruvian pepper that has a delicious fruity sweet flavor. The peppers grow in the shape of teardrops, and has a heat profile low enough to be eaten alone. 10,000 - 30,000 on the Scoville Heat Scale. On the low end, just a tiny bit hotter than a Jalapeño. It's a very compact plant but prolific. Another eye catcher and goes great in a salsa, jellies and sauces. The vibrant red color is simply stunning.
