Tobago Seasoning Pepper is traditionally used in carribean cooking, it has a fruity flavor, similar to habanero with almost no heat. It's very mild but packed with flavor! It's a beautifully productive pepper. It grows great in containers, raised beds and the ground. The peppers go through multiple stages of colors as it grows, from green, to yellow, orange, and red, so at any time during the season all of these beautiful colors will be present.
